a little about me...

I'm a wife, mother & woman behind the lens.

Gathered Wildlings was born from my passion to capture the special moments for those around me, a forever hungry creative mind and a dear friend giving me a little push to share my love with the world.

Photography has always been a passion of mine, from my teen years where my friend and I would drag our little sisters around to do ‘photo shoots’ to capturing every momentous moment on polaroid throughout the years. Camera’s have never been far from my hand.

My sessions are all about you just being you, away from awkward or unnatural feeling poses. Without a doubt it's the photo’s that are of you relaxed and just being yourself that are always the winning shots. I'm here to support you and help you create something special so know that I wont make you do anything you don't want to.

When we work together I want you to see me as a friend, not just a stranger with a camera.

So I thought I'd delve a little deeper and share some facts about myself, to help me feel more familiar to you. To remind you that behind the camera is a just a gal doing what makes her heart the happiest.

In September 2018 on my parents property in Dayboro, QLD I married my best friend, Cam. August the following year we welcomed our daughter, Odette into the world. We named her with dedication to our first family dog and love of my life, Otto. I can guarantee I'll have a funny story or two about your parenting adventures so far to share during our session!

In addition to my little family we have some fur and feathered babies, 3 dogs, 2 ring neck parrots & 7 chickens. And.. if I have my way a cat in the near future! For me our house isn’t complete if we aren’t surrounded by animals.

When we’re not working, we love to go on adventures. Whether it be a camping trip in our old pop top camper trailer or a drive up the beach. Making memories that we’ll look back in our golden years is what it’s all about.

In addition to my photography journey, I'm studying to be a birth and post partum doula. I am a huge advocate for women taking back their strength and getting all the support they need to be their best selves.
